help me identify the air intake and pipe please?

    can someone have a look what air intake is this? and the pipe is stock header + VH slip on isn't it?
    EDIT: Air intake is VH Vo2. how about the pipes?

    EDIT2: Can someone point to a rain sock for this air intake please?

    Pipes look like Dean Speed Custom pipes.
