I think DK custom used to argue that with tank lift, you actually have more fuel to use, aka longer travel, though contradicting to gauge readings. is this true?
if I get it fit on my dyna, can I just (ignore the gauge) and refuel every 300kms? or every 270kms? or what is the maximum/safe kms before refuel?

They have a good video on their site about the impacts of the tank lifts on fuel guages and capacity.

I'm not convinced you get more kms to a tank but the fuel guage reading are completely messed up with this kit. The handling is also affected. I bought the same kit and took it off after 2 weeks. As nice as it looked, wasn't worth it
