I bought a pipe from QLD to VIC. Seller used Star track. The ETA on star track tracking is 10th Jun, two days past, the pipe has not arrived, tracking info still show "ready for pickup", but seller told me it left them days ago. 

I've never had a problem with star track, but have not needed them since the virus. I think they are part of Australia Post. you should contact Star Track as if the pipes have left the seller, they are now in Star Track care. I would expect it would be flown down to Vic then picked up to deliver to you. If this is how it comes they would need enough freight going from QLD to VIC. but it could come by truck. so I think best to contact Star Frieght & have your tracking Number with you to quote.
