L/H switch block

    Hi All,
    Looking for a L/H switch block for a project. (Hi/Lo switch worn out on the one I have).
    Has Hi/Lo, horn and L/R indicator switches in the same assembly.
    Have searched flea bay and only come up with 7/8" or 22 mm switches, unless they have the late model turn signal on both sides.
    Would consider a dual sided rocker switch for the lights and wire it in separately.
    Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated.
