Don't understand the qld border closures. A person I know who lives in Brisbane drove over the border to visit friends and stay the weekend down near Ballina. Had no trouble at all. I was under the impression that you couldn't cross unless it was work related or for compassionate reasons
Hey Pauly, NSW open so free to come in just isolate for two weeks before returning, thats how I saw it.
From my reading, plenty entering Qld won’t need to quarantine if haven’t been O/S or from a known COVID hotspot.
Mate those footy players live, train and get transported in a bubble, have temp & COVID checks. I got no issue with that.
Oh, what kind of "transportable bubble" is that???? Who drives it?? does it fly??? Beam me up scotty.!!
They have charter planes and buses for travel.
Yeah Dicko we need the facts..
Here in Bundyberg we have a backpacker who tested positive, To get to Bundy you change planes in brisbane. He flew in from melbourne last week. and worked on a farm. so contacted people all over the place.
What is a bit strange to me about that, Dicko, is why he wasn’t in mandatory self-isolation? Melbourne is a COVID hotspot, like most of Sydney, after all.
As at 1549 Tuesday afternoon, no NRL player has tested positive. I think you will find it was the AFL that has a problem....because Victoria has a problem.
Whaaaat , move an infected team to another state ????WTF
