Hi all, I have a CVO Street Glide in the Gunship Grey colour, and I need some extended side covers painted. Seems HD won't release the paint codes for the CVO's.  Anyone know of a painter in Sydney that has already painted this colour?  I asked a painter and he said even if he used his special machine to analyse it, it wouldn't be right, and so reluctant to spend hours trying to match it ($$$). Thanks

    Its not just CVOs.
Had a body shop tell me they could not match my saddlebags to my Wild Cherry Sport Glide for the same reason.

There is a mob that sells the paint in USA but people arc up over the cost.

Would take months to get it here at the moment...if you could that is as I think it would be hazardous.

Would have to come by surface freight. Takes months even without Covid19 disruption.

I'm still waiting on a very small bunch of chrome bolts from the US.  Via USPS, and hasn't moved from the Miami facility for 1 month.  There are major delays in air freight.

I would be surprised if Marc @ Sydney Custom Spray painting cannot help 9721 2244 (Cann St Guildford). He does lots of work for Frasers, HH and Sys and has previously matched colours on 2 of my CVO's.

I've had to bring some cans of touch up spray paint down from the USA for a couple of customers, it has to come via sea freight and one can will make my entire freight shipment hazardous, adds considerable cost as well.

Find a HD authrosied smash repairer. check with a local Dealer. They will have the codes. There is one in Brisbane and they are able to exactly match the paint.
