Just watched the news about this piece of s$&t. Round 1 to the prosecutor. They said he could have performed CPR and his lawyer said that you need to be trained to do CPR. Prosecutor then stated that he used to be a registered nurse so he would know CPR. Would loved to have seen the look on the lawyers face after that comment.

Yep saw that as well....ultimate shutdown. Interestingly enough your taught that any attempt at CPR is better than none at all and the inference is that the female officer died during his filming her as there is no requirement to provide CPR to a person breathing/ with a pulse

Must have been an absolutely horrific scene for the police, ambulance, fire/rescue & tow truck responders. My thoughts are with the families of deceased police members - and for the responders to process it all.
As for the 41 year old car driver involved that allegedly took photos of the devastating, graphic scene, ran away then shared those photos - I have many words that I could use to describe him. But I simply just despair at what our society/social media can in some cases produce.

Well on Christmas ever 2 years ago I was out with my youngest daughter looking at the Christmas lights after tea at dusk, when I saw a police patrol vehicle ahead testing a car driver as I started to go past a voice said "hey pull over" my daughter and I did not see him (the first office whose job was to select cars to pull over) as he did not have a floro vest nor warning hand held wand.
I almost run over him,I told the officer up front that the other officer is not wearing a vest nor is visible and I almost hit him.
If I hit him it was his own fault.
yes, the event in Vic was a deviating tragedy, but isn't all accidents on the road a tragedy for all.

his whole tradgedy is just that, 4 dead, sad, but were police, love them or not still a tradgedy.

this Richard Pusey, or as I call him, Dick Pussy, was a tool pulled over for speeding, no differant to any one on this forum, Speed, caught, fined

his actions filming, comments caught on cams, leaving the scene, make him a fuckwit,

but the tradgedy was a truck driver come off the road into the emergency lane and smashed into 3 cars killing 4 people, not many headlines about this guy

Perhaps its because he never filmed dying people while swearing and taunting them even though he was a trained nurse who could render assistance and then posting to social media. Thats why Mr Cunt is in the news.

Richard Pusey has no morals or ethics and we can call him a cunt, fuckwit, shithead etc etc, but the only real legal action that can be taken against him is for speeding. His lawyers will easily argue that 'failing to render assistance' is not relevant as he did not cause the accident, he was also the victim of the truck, he had shock, trauma etc.
At least, he has been denied bail and will be in jail for a few months awaiting trial in these slow Covid-19 times. Best natural justice hope is that Pusey becomes a pussy in jail :) , but doubt that as he will be in solitary confinement.

Absolutely correct rains, there are other charges related to the driving including drugs, leaving scene of accident but yes driving related not fatality related

Well there is a outcome of some sorts....Richard Pusey could be a free man by next week after a Victorian judge jailed him for 10 months. He has already served 296 days behind bars on remand.
The 42-year-old mortgage broker, who outraged Australians when he filmed and mocked dying police officers on the side of the Eastern Freeway, could also be back behind the wheel by next year despite numerous speeding offenses and allegations he drove 300km/h on a Melbourne freeway.

Courts are dealing more with emotional / personal (sentimental) impact of crimes as apposed to just facts when assessing a penalty. That's why we have victim impact statements in South Australia.

What is it with you magnum? Why do you go people on the way they use words, grammar or logic, see here (Not sure what you are trying to say
Your grammar isn't any better than your logic). which by the way was the wrong word to use. Appropriate word was point, "your point", but nobody took you to task. Same above, you left out the s in the sentence "and it'S use here". See my point. Nobody is taking you to task over your highly educated grammar and logic, so how about if you can't add something interesting or helpful, stay quiet. We all knew what PB (in the other post), and now steelo here, was trying to say.
I'm a spelling and correct use of words nazi, eg the use of "there" instead of "their" when people talk of others, but I don't correct people or highlight the incorrect use of the word when I see it, I just accept it and I make sure I don't fuck the correct use of words up when I use them.
Why I feel you do what you do, is because PB and steelo are long term members with years of experience and knowledge, and you being the 11 month newbie (I was wrong, this is your second time here I believe), you feel you need to knock them off their pedestal.
Now, I expect you to spit your dummy and return serve because that seems to be the kind of person you are.

At 54 magnum, it that your age or birth year, anyway you should know what a softfat is. Your response is surprising as I thought you would of attacked my grammar, spelling or use of incorrect words and not the user id I use. Not that I need to explain to you, it is short for softtail fatboy, as in my avatar. Anyway, your response shows I raised your hackles. Have a great day and lets get back on topic.
