Leather saddle bags out of shape

    G'day all. When I picked up my 2007/2008 Heritage the saddle bags are out of shape and looking behind the bike the back of the bags seem to be caving inwards. I like to try and get them back into the original shape but not sure how to do so. The bags are made from leather and there is no hard liner inside except where it mounts to the frame struts. Ok any help would be appreciated.

    You can get an internal metal frame Choco. BIL has them on his Heritage. Google "heritage softail saddlebag stiffeners"
