    I got my first cassette player when we were camping at Christmas about 45 years ago, came with a Kenny tape, had it blaring in my tent on chrissy morn before sunup, my grandfather yelled out what he was gunna do to "Lucille" if the racket didn't stop!
    RIP Kenny, like the gambler, you have faded off to sleep.
