I have had EFI Harleys since 2006 (when the carby was dropped off the wish list from HD) and never a problem I must say.
In the US EFI was the norm since 2001/2
Australian dealers were slow to "warm" to EFI , Frasers particularly ordered carby bikes for showroom stock until the death of them in 2006.
The 2007's that arrived in Australia were all "Euro spec" with all the Euro spec crapola on them ( active air/active exhaust etc) and Frasers did not know !
If I tune/reflash an early Delphi EFI bike , say 2002 to 2005 , they are ALWAYS a used US "grey import" OR were sold new in Vic Qld or SA.
The older Magnetti Marelli EFI bikes ? Shithouse to the max I do believe but an EASY conversion to carb , way less grief than this "Kraut Route"
