encapsulated magnet rotor spacer placement

    Hi everyone.
    I just bought a new alternator rotor and it came with a heavy duty spacer. Can anyone tell me if it goes on the inside or outside of the rotor. The bike is a 1990 electra glide.

    It came with just the big one. I was wondering what side of the rotor that sits.

    Larger one is #14 and the small is #15.  Large on outside.
