Grey Gums Cafe, Putty Rd.

    Took a run out there today, the road is open until you reach the cafe.
    Very eerie riding, nothing but black vertical sticks either side of the road.
    Take a run out there if you can. I don’t think business has been that good for them the past month or so, go spend a few dollars there.

    Grey Gums Café is an occasional ride for me, a good halfway pit stop. It can be a very alien landscape after a fire has swept through, most of your familiar landmarks simply vanished.
    Careful though riding through for weeks/months after a fire - those ''black vertical sticks'' you mention have a habit of suddenly laying down on the road in front of you!
