Well ticked over 70000 klm today. Sadly cant say its been a dream run with plenty going wrong with both motor (2x compensators, gearbox spring breaking leaving it in second gear, abs failure, primary adjuster replaced, electrical (regulator rectifier, radio and broken wire in the injection loom) but still running the std lifters and clutch pack but with a heavy clutch spring. Top end never been lifted or touched. Still enjoy the old girl

Hey, we are not all the "Millon Dollar Bogun", thank fuck. However 10,000 kms a year is definitely riding it.
I have heard you suggesting you have been disgruntled with it in the past.
Hopefully all the bugs have been ironed out.
I got a dud brand newie too!. Must have been a Monday bike as they say. Warranty fixed most of it.
Problems sorted now and plan to ride it into the ground with me on it.
Congrats on 70....thought it was your sons 70th birthday when I saw the post.

Ha Ha its a bit of a love hate relationship....hate it when it fucks up but enjoy it when i ride it. I do more than 10k per year on it as we are overseas for around 3mths per year so obviously no riding. Gets a decent work out over winter in Qld though

Its got a tar landing strip so we can still have the odd drag race and negotiations are ongoing regarding the free supply of beer to the invited guests. The prawn trawler is scheduled twice a week and both foxtel and Netflix are already ticked off.....no comercial tv allowed along with social media.
