2015 softail no ignition

    Hoping someone has had a similar problem and can point me in the right direction I have a 2015 softail standard with low klms the issue I have is that when I turn the ignition on theirs no power and also no power to the starter switch the security system is working properly when it reads the fob arms up and disarms initially I thought it might be the security system how ever when I went out the next day to try it it work fine several times so I thought it was fixed however the followings day nothing once again the battery is fully charged key fob battery has been replaced fuses are ok no loose connections thanks in advance if any one can offer some advice cheers

    Turning the key to on energises the starter button and the kill button on the handlebar.  The starter button normally activates a relay which then activates the starter solinoid which turns over the starter motor.  So check power to all above.
    - do you hear a click when you press the starter button?  is it loud or soft as its either the small relay or the solinoid.  if no sound then no power from the starter switch and you can trace back.
    - the owners workshop manual has  a good check list for this type of issue.
    - you will need a multimeter

    Are you saying the idot lights come on, but nothing at the starter motor ?
    If the idot lights are coming on, it could be in the kill switch circuit, or a relay problem as Tussuck says. If the idiot lights don't come on it is a main switch issue.
