I'd be thrilled to get anywhere near 19,600 klms out of a tyre.
Don't think I have had one last more than 10,000.

Just a random question how often would you change your wheel bearings ? I have heard every second Tyre change to be sure to be sure

That seems to be the concenses.
I just did both sets, ABS ones from EasyR and the other plain std ones from a bearing mob.
Found my lower steering head bearing race also needed doing had eroded notches in it, both top and lower cost 35 buck from the bearing mob.
So I am  going to run an earthing cable to the steering head as it looks like it could have been arc tracking, though the headlights look to have an earth wire, so not positive that was the cause, but bike only has 16000 Kay's on it. Need to investigate a bit more.

Gigi I  have not had to change wheel bearings on a Harley for ages, but all mine have had 130 90 16 rear some had 21" front or 19" and I used to drag race with skinny rear tyre too. I think as rear tyres got fatter it put more stress on wheel brearings, I've also had out rigger bearing supports on drive side rear wheel that would be a good idea with the big rear tyres as one more bearing

They also changed the drive side bearing from a duel row to a single row some time back.
I think that hasn't helped with longevity.

    wheel bearings
check whenever the wheel is removed from the bike.
spin the inner race with your finger, if it feels smooth with no free play, it's fine....
outer race should be tight in the hub
    re-place as necessary

Are they that crappy that a wheel bearing blows that frequently.  I just did the rear one @ 100,000km on the Sporty.
