Could the vibration be coming down from the header connection to the cylinders or frame itself? My Fat Bob’s 2-1 system needs to be tighten there as it’s pretty heavy and over time the rattles add up.

Ill have a look at that. But the connection point to the SE muffler at the connection point with the heat shields is very ordinary looking. You would expect seeing its HD supplied that they would at least attempt to make it look slightly right.

Whenever one of my headshields comes loose its usually time for a front engine mount.

Bikes only 5500kms old.

I had a front mount replaced under warranty at 8000 km’s.

The front mount looked just fitted a sputhie stabilizer to it. But how do you tell if its stuffed anyway.
