Hi there, I bought a 2019 Softail Slim, it has 14" ape hangers and on the free way I find myself really hanging on in the wind so I was thinking a windshield... So my question is.. is anyone 5'4 or 168cm tall and have a 18" or 21" windshield on a similar bike? The last thing I want is to spend 600 bucks on it and it buffets my head off... I once rode an Indian up the coast it had a huge shield that I looked through not over and that was great, no buffeting just still air.... So do I go 18, 21 on nothing? Thank you :o)

I use a HD windsplitter on my 07 fatty on long rides.  Quick release so on and off in seconds.  It wokrs a treat, i am about 5,9 in the old scale and find it gets me right out of the wind.

Thanks for the pics that looks great. So the screen is genuine HD? I'd like a windsplitter or similar too, that has the curve on the top edge to reduce buffeting? According to my dealer there is only an 18 and 21 inch clear standard screen that fits my bike. I emailed Freedom Sheilds in the US to see if they have a fitment for my 19 Slim as they have a couple of really nice screens.

Thanks Pete I'll check it out, what would the fitment be on my 2019 Slim? I emailed Memphis Shades a few days ago and they said none to fit my model.
