Went into Wackers BMW to enquire about the R18.....they tell me there will likely be 3 versions, from the stripped down bobber as seen in this thread, along with two more touring style versions.

BMW would be ill advised to market it at that price. It has some opposition in the segment and is not going to be a limited edition run. My personal guess would be a fair bit less retail.
