Have you looked at what the Dealer has to offer?  (sound odd, but they normally have the right kit for the right job)

That’s a good cheap solution. Unless particularly oily, soapy water ok to clean followed by the tyre shine. I assume spray variety. No need to tyre shine after every wash.

Yeah degrease lightly and soft sponge, don’t use a pressure cleaner, some of Harley’s older coatings are easily dislodged.

For final finish I’m with tussuck.

I guess people use tyre shine because they’re too cheap to buy Harley’s engine brightener (sorry Steelo) but be aware, eg, Armorall states their tyre shine is not for use on paint or plastic surfaces. So, I’m wondering what the long term affects of being a cheapskate might have on your bike. :)

Have used this stuff before but refuse to have anything to do with it now. Owner is a piss of shit  is serving time for the murder of his wife. Only have to read about the things he has done and said that came out during his trial to realize that he's a narcissist sociopath. Bullet to the head would be to good for him. Have used tyre shine which worked well but now use Engine Brightener
