perth .. ultra limited riders

    g,day .. just after someone in perth with an ultra limited .. so maybe we could catch up .. reason being i would like someone to take my bike for a ride and give me a comparison of mine/ theirs ... having not owned one before and also owning a sport glide its a bit hard for me to tell if the bike has any issues .. another ultra owner with a bit of experience of them would probably pick it straight away if there is a problem.. ive been to a couple of dealers and their either not keen or want to charge me a bucket load just to give an opinion .. cheers in advance : )

    by the way .. its booked in at thunder tech this friday for a dyno .. but im gonna feel a bit pissed off if after getting it back and its feels exactly the same and ive just forked out $600 : /

    So .. just come off the dyno and ridden home .. and what a difference !!!! , much  smooooother down low and dropping down through the gears when slowing down / in traffic .. fuel consumption will have to wait and see but it’s not spitting and farting on deceleration like it was before , he assured me that he wouldnt have got the numbers if there was a problem mechanically so that put me at rest a lot .
    I was concerned I would fork out $600 and wouldn’t be any different after but hats off to THUNDER TECH  and brand .. awesome and I’m glad I listen to recommendations ????, didn’t like riding it much before but feels so different now I likey ??

    Im really liking them Sport glides more I see them, how many K`s any of the highly noted problems with the M8

    Well done wello glad it worked out so well. 
    I'm with gidgi those sport glides are bloody tempting. Funny because I didn't like the look of them when they came out but if I was to buy an M8 now it would be one of them.

    havent really had the glide long but got around 2800k,s to date , not sure what the problems are with them as i havent really been interested to look ..but so far i havent had any issues other than a speedo that needed changing out because of a water stain .. so far so good : )

    cheers mate .. had a half decent run last nite to a farm out in the stix and im pretty bloody happy with the way the ultra is now feeling .. such i different feeling on the bike now, i never ever thought that a dyno would make that amount of difference to be honest .. rode home at 4;30 am this morn and im glad its got heated grips lol.
    as for the glide .. im of average height and it fits me really well and i love getting out on that as its just a pleasure to ride .. the only thing i would probably change would be putting boards instead of pegs on the fwd controls at a decent angle.. other than that its awesome.
    funny thing is i bought that bike without even seing it or riding it as i was offshore , just took the risk of hoping it would suit me !! ... and ive sat on and ridden quite a few different new bikes and older since and to me none of them even come close to how this sport glide feels .
