Well I’ve done a few km and had my bike re-tuned with the rinharts and the economy is shit , I’m getting about 360 km to a tank with the rinharts , I was getting 400 with the monster ovals... after looking at what’s out there and the price you have to pay , I decide to jump in to the market with my own version,, mine just doing some testing now ,, I let you guy know when they will be on the market

Don't forget Walka, it you liked the "sound" of the Rineharts, you could easily lose 10% in economy.  Keep us informed about these new pipes. They do look the business.

My Roadking  is the same economy 330-360km on a tank.
Full rhinehart exhaust and heavy breather.
The V&H on my old ultra would average 400-420km per tank.
While  I didn’t buy a roadking for fuel economy it can be a pain in the arse on long rides to keep fueling up.
Change exhaust or widen the fuel tank ???

Just a FYI, I have had 2x CVO Limited's in the last 3 years and running V&H Power Duel head pipes and Hi Output mufflers on both, first CVO
the head pipe cracked through the Xover area (replaced under warranty) Current bike the end of the head pipe cracked right around the weld
and still in discussions with V&H in the states if it will be covered (13 months old)

This picture shows the lower (left) Xover pipe, where the pipe that goes under the bike goes into the bottom Xover.
Picture taken laying on my back under the bike looking upwards.

    Just a quick update,
Replaced under warranty, see how we go this time.

Std streetglide v@h mufflers with quiet baffles A/C  running a powervision 400klm to tank before looking for fuel and have squeezed 450 klm coming home from Townsville. This is in highway mode fully loaded two up speed limit 100-115kph. Backroad running still get around 300-320 klm. Was getting around same numbers two up fully loaded on Ultra doing USA trips , but you have never seen a fuel burn until you have a 1000kg ultra sitting on 160-170kph for a hour going thru Nevada!

400k crikey never seen that ( mine 2012 same as your street glide ) although the cams filter pipes combo has been dyno`ed , twice ,2 different places  best I get,  bout 330 highway travel... maybe just a miss matched combination dunno but not really fussed , cant really remember the mileage on the E glide, pretty much brand new from Eagle Rider when we was in the US but don`t think it was real good either

One of two reasons for that, the way you ride or the tune, if it's the former well and good but if its the later a tune will make it a different ride, my mates 110cvo road king is bombed up and will do a proven 420 or less than 300, kinda depends on his mood. When my 110 softail had the 32's in it I could get 400 out of it if I played nice, not played nice with it with the 590's in it so not sure what it would do now.
You got a tuning device for yours?

yup I got a Screaming Eagle super tuner pro  dyno`ed first time 7yrs ago & just recently tweaked after lifters & cam chain tensioners done, I spose  just because a shop has a dyno don`t mean they have the skills to achieve optimum results, but yeah it prolly does need a decent tune, wouldn`t say I was a hard rider, more conservative with spasms of, what the hell ! lol

Still have V and H, M Ovals, on my 103, with mileage varying a great deal dependent on what the right hand does.Get ya mind outta the gutters. Can get a respectable 400kms, or a lousy low 3 hundred something.
I took the cat out of headers, and happy with them, but would like a change from V and H.
Walker watching what formula you come up with.
    I remember in the 70's I had a 'Walker' 4 into 1 system on a Z900.
Sounded alright, but after installing then going for a test ride the police took an interest in me, and I kinda didn't notice them, but I hadn't changed the jetting so they caught up with me for a chat. (bloody typical) That taught me the lesson to always check fueling, after just wacking on a different exhaust.
