Just wondering if anyone has looked for or have been able to find spotlights to replace the 4.5” passing/fog lights at all?

If you are just after the lights themselves, every man and his dog sells them, and a lot cheaper than HD has them for too. Try Amazon for a generic or google SCOOT lights for harley. Excellent service and fast delivery.

HogLights are up in Queensland and have a quality product.
I purchased their Halo spotlights to replace my HD originals and am exceptionally pleased.
There's plenty of options out there if you have the time to look.

I've got the original clear lights for a 2018 Road King if they're any good to you.
I'm on the sunny coast at Maroochydore.

I can vouch for hoglights. About 400 bucks cheaper for an 2017 Ultra headlight. Come with unbreakable cover. Give them a look.

    LED FACTORY MART.

Planned on get the OEM LED's and was blown away on price for LED head light and passing lamps, next trip to dealer I was going to get them until in the meantime I come across LED Factor Mart.

LED Head Light and Passing Lamps with Bezel under $200 AU delivered.

Okay, that got my attention....I though for under $200 they would be worth trying.

After installing them, wow what a difference in brightness, they make the OEM head light look yellow.

These lights are a crisp white light.

Head Light. Luminous Flux 4000LM @ High Beam, 3000LM @ Low Beam.

    Passing Lamps. 1260LM.

wildchild they look good, kinda looks like an angry  insect. Possibly just my demented take, but can imagine they be bright as.Keith ya Roadie lighting has that classic original old loo, which is cool as, but as you say function is the way to go. LED's are amazing lights.

They may be talking about the Bezel.
You will need to replace OEM Head light housing with the Bezel for LED light clearance.
Send them a message through messenger, they are quick to respond.

Bought these cheap Chinese knock offs of Ebay and had them on the Heritage for about 5 years till I sold it. Gave out a better light than my Mtes genuine HD daymaker. He swapped his out and bought these. Cost me under $200.00 for all 3
