    Howdy all,
This is a long shot but just wondering if anyone has the above mentioned kit sitting on a shelf not being used and happy to get rid of?
It’s for an 80’s Keihin butterfly carburetor.
Yes I know these carbs can be crappy but I want to stick with it and I hear this kit helps them a bit. These kits are no longer available new so just seeing if one of you fine folk might have one that I might be able to purchase...
    Cheers

Those are great carbies with just a little fettling. I used genuine parts on my old Softy, an earlier accelerator pump had a larger capacity, The old passage in the float bowl had to be drilled out and the newer passage blocked, I also removed the choke plate (North Queensland...) and repositioned the pump outlet more toward the centre of the manifold. I'm guessing the main jet size was increased at the same time, not sure what to, now.

Mods were suggested by Easyriders magazine in 1985. Worked for me. Made a huge difference in rideability and performance.
