You might be unknowingly taking photos with your phone upside down (camera lense should always be at top). Try the other way around, upload and see what happens

Go into your pictures (on here) and rotate.

Tried rotating before uploading from desktop and tried rotating from gallery ,tried loading upside down to see if it would correct on the gallery upload , same result ,upside down. The shots were taken with a camera as well as a phone and are in the computer programme in the right perspective.
How do i get rid of the pictures from my gallery that are upside down as well.
Cheers.

Stop it B!!
Hi Hoodeng. Go into your gallery and rotate the pictures until they are the right orientation. If you go back to the forum, you will see that nothing has changed. You need to refresh your browser Ctrl+r. The next time you look at the picture, it should be the right way up. If not refresh again

Did the refresh , and had another crack ,getting the same .If you look in my gallery you will see the attempts i made ,these were all before i asked the picture rotation question .Might have to turn everything off and the computer can think about its position in the company and if it is providing value for money.
Cheers.

Hoodeng. Deleted the three offending copies, uprighted the original picture. What thread did you post it (picture of the cars?) in?
IPhones seem to take photos upside down. To solve the problem, If using the higher resolution back lens, the iPhone must be turned with the volume buttons facing down. Until Apple comes up with a fix, Windows users will have to adjust their photo rotation after the fact or keep the iPhone in this position.
If taking movies or photos with the selfie lens (lower resolution) the volume buttons must be on the top

Steelo ,what sorcery did you perform there?? thanks for that ,the phone was a Samsung and you are right about the attitude of the phone as i am left handed ,what is strange is the photos show in their correct attitude on the phone, they also load and show correctly when loaded into the Sony 'play memories home' program , they show correct when click and dragged to the desk top for transfer to the HDFA , there must be something in the images properties that reverts it back to its original image.
. I was going to put the shot in the 'Car Forum' section, probably a moot point now.
The bit i was going to write with the picture was ,' not an Australian icon car [one on right] by any means but probably the best long distance car i have ever traveled in ever, the cook rarely lets me borrow it.
Cheers , have a great new year boys!
