oil tank cover replace

    Hi I have iron 883 2013 model. I bought a pair of battery/oil tank cover to replace my existing one. 
    There are plenty of video on youtube showing how to replace battery side, but I can't find any about the oil tank side. 

    Anyone has some good video, picture? or simple step-by-step instructions?

    Sorry can't help m8.
    my model Sporty was last model with a metal oil tank & no cover over battery just a chrome top & stainless strap that holds it down.
    If you have the new covers look closely at them, should be able to work out how they fit looking at the new cover.  Or go to the American XL forums they have a wealth of info & the people very helpful.

    But I won't need to find out anymore. I bought a pair of battery/fuel tank cover off overseas, they arrived, plastic. I am not going to use them anyway.

    I bought some carbon fibre look film and covered my Sporty side covers.  Looks really good.
