Could never understand a vest. Unless you're a 1% er. I think normal people use them for pins and badges. Had one but never wore it. Spend the money on a good jacket that has ventilation My 2c.

i've been wearing a drizabone oil skin vest over my leather jacket to keep the wind out when its a little on the cool side, but it's off when it warms up,handy pockets as well.made a sweude leather vest when i as at school,put all my rally badges on it but havent worm it for years..its a bit small now and a bit brittle in the stiching after 46 years.

I wear one under my leather jacket in winter and it make a world of difference in keeping warm.  Then in summer its all I wear some days.
