I'm heading up to Moruya on Friday morning. Anyone else doing the same? Should be great to see so many ol' Panheads being ridden, not just shown!

One of them is an Evo. Bloody ring-in. I like the red '48.

Smokey seen that bike about 30 years back or looks like same one, I road Sydney to Canberra with original owner. was a pan frame that had frame cut at back of motor then a five speed softy frame welded on so had softail rear five speed & late style starter and panhead motor mounted in it's own frame. was a very nice build.just rebooked that one has a cone, not a generator like the one I saw.It could just be the pan covers on an evo motor.

That's what it was. Was a thing for awhile, way back when. Evos are Evos and Pans are Pans and any mix is an unholy union.

Panhead 70th Anniversary - Moruya, NSW
The event was a blast with over 70 Panheads present in every configuration imaginable. Here's a few that pushed my buttons. Oh, and Phil of Phil's Garage kindly declined to sell me his beauty rigid Pan (the one with the blue and green tank scallops and fork gaiters).
