Bitubo shock set-up on Softails

I have just replaced the stock rear shocks on my 2005 Fatboy. They were a tad tired after over 80,000k.
I chose to install a pair of Bitubo HD015MHG12 shocks. They come preset from the factory with a preload set for an "average" 70 to 80 kg rider.
Has anyone messed with the setup on these shocks? I want to add about 10 of 15 kg of preload, but I have no idea how many turns that equates to on the nut adjuster, or the best way to perform it (eg remove shock from bike first, etc).
    Cheers,

Did love my Fatboy yeah, bought new on "July 04 2006". But coming off Italian to USA was shit.. Then RaceTek front, and eventually after try a few other brands, Fornales underneath, andwas very happy..
Worked well but would never buy the Fornales for under now as .. am an old blode, and do you know how hard it is to get under vehicles, little on streamlined women. umm.. memories............
Bitubo if adjust from topside, sounds cool.I did not like fucking with the air Fornales under bike, was turning point for me, as like to adjust, easy.
Speedster your encouraging these young fellas to crawl around on the deck. good stuff......
