    Colour wise I reckon front and rear should match, so black.
    I reckon solid wheels front and or rear are crap, too much buffeting in side winds.

    With hard panniers on, its not going to make any difference with the rear wheel. Not fussed on the 23" front rim but stay with the black rim, stainless spokes and black hub.
