Gidday all ... Posted in general business and thought I would post here as well .
So would anyone know if it would be legal or not to remove the rear light bar and replace it with a number plate holder that has a built in light ... I have the bag blades on that are Red running and Red brake and Amber flashing indicators .
ADRs say must be 300 minimum apart ... No lower than 300 off the ground and no higher than 1.2 mtr off the ground ... I have those figures covered no worries but am I missing something .

    Courious what people think .

All laws are state specific.  I was running exactly what you are thinking of doing and in NSW it's fine.  No longer do the blinkers have to be 300mm apart - as long as they are the width of the plate, they pass. My amber blinkers were LED's and built into the side of the plate frame, running light and brake lights in the bottom and next to the panniers.

Lol ... Yeah Pauly I am painfully aware of Officer Plod not agreeing with me that everything is above board .
Chaser ... Thanks for the feedback ... Like you say laws are state specific ... I think my main concern was my Bag Blades are fairly thin although very bright indeed... I originally wanted to do similar to yours but neither Harley or Advan Black did stretched Fenders with no cutouts on both sides .... Your setup looks great by the way .

If I do it right it won't be a big job to change back but won't help me if they strand me on the side of the Road , Lol

Hi Perthhog ... Wife was fantastic , had all 3 for awhile but even I thought that was too much and ended up selling the 08 Twin Cam ... Bit of a sad day but went to a new good friend ... Still have the 99 custom Springer ... Just about finished with the Road Glide mods so time to spend a bit more time on the neglected Springer .
