    Done another left the freezer door open Brisket

    Trimmed off 3kg of fat


    Rubbed up with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt onion salt and chili


    carrots, potatoes and some chili beans, some for the missus and I will take some for tea at work

    I used to make a fair bit of sparkling wine (not allowed to call it champagne). My parsnip one was much desired.
    Always wondered about making sparkling alcoholic water but never tried doing it. I have seen sparkling water eg Perrier but not an alcoholic one.

    If the water was alcoholic I dont think you could call it water. You could call it vodka ,whisky , sparkling wine , etc.
