    We have a curry tree too... just gotta figure out what the hell to do with it (it does smell nice mind!)

    Take off the leaves and dry them, you can use them in a stew and it will have a curry taste, or just in anything that has curry, have a look into some Indian recipes, they appear a bit

    I wasn't even trying for these, used some gloop out of my compost heap when I planted some frangipanni cuttings I brought over from Obi, there must have been some fertile pumpkin seeds in the gloop. The vines ended up sprawled over about 1/4 acre.
    I've also had 5 avocado seedlings sprout in the compost heap, first of those is now planted out in the yard, about 1/2 metre tall now. Frosts haven't damaged it yet.

    my first pellet smoker (gas), now 19 BBQ's, first cook of 4kg of wings, two flavors.
    11C today, went for a ride out to Pt Lowely for lunch, some wings and a coffee, bit cool but a nice ride

    Opened the wrong pack so had to cook it
    rump steak, 2 lamb chops, 2 pork ribs and 1.5 kg steaks with various rubs

    it it No 19, I got it a couple months ago, but I clean it while it is still hot, I do this to all my gear

    I prefer my tucker a bit rarer. Leg of lamb and spuds out of the BBQ, With green leaves , tomatoes and rosemary out of the garden.
