    made a turbo for the Weber, basically little side up creates a vortex in the webber, big side up is slow cooking
    done some wings to give it a run, 1 hour and crispy skin, great result

    tried some cream cheese one with chives and double garlic rub, the other with chili flakes and a savory chicken rub, put some sour cream and sweet chili sauce on the later
    two pork steaks, 4 sausages and 8 hotdog, dessert are some Polynesian donuts
    couple days of food for us

    never thought of that, smoked pavlova!!!

    to do a pav, its in the oven, preheat to 150C, then put the pav in and turn down the dial to 100C (fan forced) then after 1 hour turn it off and leave the pav in until it goes cold
    the cheesecake is mix then fridge
    would be to hard to do this in the stick/charcoal smoker, may have a look when I get a electric pellet smoker

    Soapy your defiantly in the island crew......we already have the bbq pitmaster signed up but sure you could bounce off each other but he doesn't do deserts

    made a buffalo wing marinade so had to try it our, nice
    had some pork ribs so done them on charcoal
    me, kicking back while slaving over the cook
