taken out at 170F, looked good at 140F, tried the crackle, not burnt, only like a bark, crackle is still load and easy chew, meat is amazing soft.

Jesus Soapy that crackle looks like something from a Indian funeral fire!

This hobby has kept me occupied for over 40 yrs.

i believe model trains are very addictive. i knew a bloke who's " train set " grew and increased to a larger scale to take up most of his front and back yards.

318, original engine to the car
30 over, zero decked with Keith black forged slugs, comp XE268 cam, Aeroflow Alloy heads with a 4 speed behind it.
Not a monster but should be good for 350+ and good fun with the 4 spd.

Many many yrs ago i was at the drags at Eastern Creek and a mate of mine brought me a Keith Black jacket back from USA. Some random walks up to me and tells me he will give me $400 for the jacket.....was a fucking freezing night without a jacket!

My new Smoking buddy, he just done 10 hours on the back of my Bike coming home, hopefully many years of riding traveling and cooking to come, started off with some Coles chicken pieces, two wings with maple syrup and sesame seeds and corn on the cob, all came out nice

How did the little doggie rate Coles chicken pieces, two wings with maple syrup and sesame seeds and corn on the cobb?
Make sure you take him out for a shit before bedtime.
    Surely not from Tassie?(the pup)

    Good on you mate.
Nothing like a new pup. Or an old one with doggie dementia which is what I am blessed with right now.
Looks like 50 of him could fit into your bbq.

    A trial
12 legs, 2 each have the rub whisperer's 5 flavors, and 2 have a Louisiana Cajun rub, 4 bacon wrap sausages and a pork belly, (no crackle)
I am trying the rubs to see if I like them and get more if I do

had this in the freezer and it was coming to time it had to be cooked, used a steak seasoning and a square of smoked paprika for a test, cut an onion in half and some rub, started with 400ml of stock, 900ml come out, will save it for a casserole and some gravy
