Thats a good idea too Krash.

Obviously it'll be a bit of work, but ill suss it all out when its time. The ACRs dont sound too hard, wiring it to the starter relay is a brilliant idea. Ill probably get a staunch starter motor too help on that front.

Ill start a thread once the project starts.

John.R, I experienced cranking problems when I wired ACR direct to starter relay with 10.2:1 (mechanical) compression on my 110CI TCA. I cant confirm but I think it must have been that cylinder pressure overcame the ACR solenoid ability to open? I have since rewired the ACR so I can open before cranking, this seems to have worked as I can cold start even after 2 weeks soak in VIC winter with only 340CCA and 2kw starter.

Good to know newschool. Im not sure what compression the SE110 runs at?  In my head a little stand alone switch would be easy and simple, but we'll see when its in front of me haha.

I’m very pleased you said that Hilly, I don’t get it either and thought I was a bit dim.
I’ve not been able to work out how you calculate PSI for a given cc to a compression ratio either. Any ideas?

Yeah bigboyz is a great tool.
While I don’t have all the exact volumes for my 110, it’s very helpful working out the affect of diff cams on compression.

The calculators do not work for the 255's
some of the Tman cams also
I don't know why, I haven't looked into it, but have seen it mentioned a few times
