Don't think so , at least 15 for the Twin Cam.
I read that exact same artical while looking for my bike to come along Jo. I wanted a good 2012 or 2013 Fat Bob and found a good one for a good price with under 10k on the clock. Flew down to Brisbane , handed over the cash at the RTA and then rode it back to Cairn. Had the guy get it serviced as it was due and a new rear tyre fitted for the roadworthy. Been sweet so far, pick what model you want and go get it.
Have to be more careful, they would shoot you for that in vic, lol
