A car that never really took off.

    Marcel Leyat was interested in adapting aircraft technology to cars (who would have guessed it?). Several examples were made but were never taken unduly seriously.
    Reminds me a bit about a 2 Ronnies joke, where an inventor crosses a bicycle pump with a doberman pincher, to get the perfect item to put the wind up the postman.
