    Just seen this in the 2018 Shannon’s Sydney winter auction brochure, thought someone might be interested. There’s a 1956 hd 883 
    The 1912 hd single belt 500cc has me more intrigued guided to go around 34k

    That KHK would be good to have, the 883, still wasn't good enough to beat the British, had to wait until '57 for the OHV 883 Sportster, then the Brits were fucked,

    I loved that CB1100 at the time it was the bike of bikes!

    Not sure what the price was new but I think around $6,500 au and that was when our $ was worth more than the US $. that was a very special race bike not many on the road, they where a road legal, but think built to win races.
