I won't go too deep into the story, but I had the same issues with my FXDLS. Together with fuel moto & a few others in the states did some sifting through various 110ci calibrations base code and even though you can toggle the ACR's in SERT/PV or whatever your poison is...  it still didn't make the ACR's engage. I used my bike as a bit of a guinea pig and flashed in a heap of different 110ci A engine cals and noted the results. Eventually I came across a cal from a cvo dyna from like 10 years back that made the ACR's work. Delved into the code and there was a few "1's" where the current engine was "0's" in simple terms.

I made HD Aus aware of this and they didn't do a thing or give a shit. Other side of the world a recall is announced. Took it's sweet time but eventually it happened over here. There were some much smarter cookies than me involved in this development from a few stateside forums. Full software engineer nerd types haha. Never underestimate the power of disgruntled nerds.
