Picked up a pair on my last trip to the US, you can buy them online as well.
I’ve been In the lookout for decent riding oriented jeans for a while, the Saint CC ones are good but I don’t dig the way they look, had a pair of draggins but man they just look and feel cheap, their denim always reminds me of cheap target clothing and their Kevlar lining always felt like I was wearing a nappy.

So, I met up with the Tobacco guys and bought a pair.
For starters they use super tough Japanese heavy selvedge denim (looks good and lasts forever), their Kevlar is a nice lightweight soft weave which you barely notice and.. totally made in the USA, actually in downtown LA.
These jeans look and feel like normal high end denim, they don’t look like riding jeans, they don’t feel like it and offer really high levels of abrasion protection. They’re not cheap at around $350US but I’m super happy with them and the piece of mind.

Strangely enough, if you weighed those jeans, tobacco would probably cost more: weight VS bucks. But you can't smoke kevlar, and a pouch of Champion Ruby aint gunna save your arse sliding along the ashphalt at 120kmp.
    You know it makes sense.

They look really tight in the crutch area.
Good for transvestite super models no good for old geezers who like a bit of room to swing the equipment.

I was given a pair of Dragon Jeans, for a present 18 years back I tested them at 160+ kph through speed traps at drag strip once.
do you remember the old dragon Jeans add years back , they would drag a guy sitting on his butt at 60mph ( 100kph ) just to demonstraight.
now MrMow need to back  his up,see if they smoke.
jokes aside, I have also bought ALDI Kevlar jeans $80 look better than my Dragin Jeans. told a mate when ALDI had a sale and he got a few pair, raves how well they fit. I've never tested them ( yet ). like Lofty said they do get hot in summer, but warm in winter. but no way I would spend that much. myself.

Heya Mr Mow - are they nearly fully lined or only at contact points?
