lane filtering in WA

    The article in the west Australian does say "WA motorcyclists can now filter through traffic queues"  but the Road safety Commission site it has "Motorcycle lane filtering or splitting is not defined within legislation" and that it is proposed legislation if i am reading it correctly.
    I had a quick look on the WA DOT site and didn't see it mentioned.

    Wasn’t there something mentioned about all states and Territories coming into line with motorcycle laws? Any idea when?

    After 40 years of riding in WA and filtering at traffic lights and thru slow traffic, I have never been picked up for it.
