Bloke has set up 50 odd acres for bikers to use for a getaway.  He is just outside Cooyar and not far from Crows Nest.  Pub at Cooyar can run a shuttle bus if needed.  Hot shower/flushing toilet and plenty of room to pitch a tent.  I went up for a looksee last Sunday and it will work really well.

Have a look at his Facebook page for more info.

Biker camping ground is a great idea.  Myself and a few friends did this a couple of months back up north in SA.  Pity this ground is too far from here (SA).

Could you have a system where riders sign a waiver stating that landowner/organiser bears no responsibility?

If it can be shown that there was a injury on your property as a result of something you may have overlooked, a pothole, bathroom light not working or a multiple of other things a liability form aint going to help if your found negligent. Unless you inform your insurer that your now entering into a commercial arrangement (getting a financial gain from your property other than its intended purpose)they will also flick you for non disclosure, and rightly so. Welcome to modern Australia where we now tend to sue each other for our own bad choices.

Pauly it all sounds too hard.
PB it certainly puts a damper on good will and really great get together or escape for peoples.
But your right, not in his best interest as there are some fuckwits walking this planet and stealing our oxygen.

The article attached is from a local farmer who tried to do just this. He has withdrawn his camping for people. Council wanted disabled ramps down to the river edge , disabled bathrooms and showers and the list just goes on and on.

PB, you forgot to mention trans-gender bathrooms - they & councils may feel "offended" if not considered.

Ha Ha sadly your correct. Your comment really does ring true though with the amount of compliance required to get a development over the line bordering on extorsion. A family member bought an old house on a large block and was going to knock it down and put two town houses on the site. After a bit of backwards and forwards the council would only approve it if he layed a new footpath out the front! This is not his land its councils and there was no footpath there before.
