I posted this some where else cause i forgot how to post, so all good now.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with Vance & hines?  I have tried for a week to get in touch with them in the states, are they contactable over here?
I bought a  Fuelpak FP3 the beginning of last year after buying a almost new Fatboy, did the pipes and air as usual then tuned it, all seemed well .
Last week i took the fuelpak out for the first time since the original tune up to read a warning light that has come on for the ABS and it is as dead as a dodo, no LEDs nothing.
I was of the understanding that these things are not a single use throw away item, am i wrong?

I've contacted V&H a couple of times.  I think I called their California number and was able to get through.  Obviously you need to call at the right time.
They're definitely not a use once item.  You should be able to re-connect to your bike at any time.  A simple check would be to make sure your connector is not clogged up with dirt.  Another thing to check if you have a multi-meter or test light, is that voltage is getting to your CAN/BUS connector.  It may not be the issue but worth a try.

And on it goes, the replacement one they sent to me ( refurbished) isn't working either. I am currently talking at a pace of 1 email a day to a tech to try and sort out what's going on.
Day 1. Have you plugged it in?
Day 2. where have you plugged it in?

Try it on another bike. It should still read trouble codes but you won't be able to link it to that bike as you have already done that to yours. If it starts lighting up and you can open the App on your phone to read codes then start looking at connections on your bike. You must always make sure you have the latest version on your phone as well.

Got sent another replacement fp3 yesterday ,a new one this time and it worked straight away no worries.
But, just for fun i tried the two that up until yesterday hadn't worked and funnily enough they both are working.
I had tried them numerous times and nothing worked no matter what i did, not that you can do much other than plug them in.
    Weird stuff eh?
Once again i would just like to thank australia post for taking 8 days to get the parcel from Sydney to Brisbane and it only took 2 days from States to Sydney.

Yeah man, V&H are good people to deal with, had an issue with top pipe of big radius not fitting my CVO. They sent a replacement immediately, still didn’t fit but hey, they responded.
