I'm not real well traveled but have grabbed some flights to Japan to check out Mooneyes this year. I've heard so much great stuff about it. Can any of you blokes that have been give me any advice on what else I should do while there. I'll have my wife and 14 year old son with me. Gonna go for about 2 weeks. Any advice on the entire trip would be much appreciated. Cheers Dan

Walka, Myself and a few other Aussies went across for the show 2 years back. Was the 2nd time I'd been and if funds permitted I would go every year. It's a must do in my opinion, especially if you are into the knuckle/pan period bikes

I’ve been to the show 8 times and have had one of my bikes in it , Yokohama is a fantasic place to visit . The show is amazing, I always stay at the Breezbay hotel ,it’s about $130 a night , I book iton Agoda but the Breezbay dosnt list the rooms available until late July or August
it’s about a 10 min walk from Pacifico where the show is held, there is also 2 train stations across the road so it is easy to get to any were you want to go to. most years I fly in on Thursday , Friday I always head over to Mooneyes area 1 which is Mooneyes head office / Speed Shop / America Dinner/ garage , it’s a must , then after that I head off to a few Custom shops , Bull original , Chopper Steet and IM Factory, just behind the hotel is Old Yokohama it is lane ways filled with fantasic restrunts and bars , drop in and see Shoe at the Zoo bar , Saturday you can sneak in to the Pacifico building to watch all the bikes and cars setting up for the show , Saturday night Mooneyes have a small party there that’s worth a look , Sunday is the show, starts at 8 and go’s until 5 and you will not see it all . Monday night Mooneyes have a free VIP BBQ back at area 1 . There is stacks of shopping centres for the wife and Cosmos World and the noodle cup museum for the kids , I also recommend going to the Ramem museum with the family , . PM me for any more info and how to get there
