Picked this up cheap from the US and definitely a nicer fuller sound. It is bluetooth which is great as i only listen to music off my phone. Its a full plug and play setup which made the install nice and easy. The speakers are now 6.5" and with the adapters they fit straight in as well. I think the kit usually sells for around $650 USD. I found this one still in the box and unused for $425 USD.

That looks the part Steve. Is it water resistant? Do the handlebar controls work with it?

I looked at these a while ago and their big selling point is plug and play (mainitaining handlebar controls) and water proof just like the oem stereo. But with the handy  addition of Bluetooth
