    Hi all
Sorry for another oil question. Has anyone used Penrite v twin 20w50 oil in sportster engine and primary/transmission?
I see it is available from sca and would be easy to get if it is any good.
    Cheers

Me too super cheap.. hate that name, but have got a few semi syn 15-50 + 15  Diesel and other jazz in shed, so what ever Penrite Motor Oils reckon are good enough they are much better than many....I get the biggest container of oil on sale, as let"s face it, oil is the blood of engines and we going to need it again.
But, I want Redline for the G- box. Sorry to sideline.
Anyone got a hook on supplier of Redline Gearbox oil, or, I might have to do a run some where for Redline Gearbox oil?...That"s what a Tourer is for.
Ahh. just read the posts, Krash yes Redline MT, is somehow very special for G/Box, and it bloody works a treat, although Penrite Gear Oil does get there but just not as smooth, with maybe a little crunchy  peanuts.
But, of course you know to be aware of that which you splash into the Primary, be aware to take note that of your clutch requirements.as in wet crutch slippage stuff is a pain..Let's get on with it and change the old oils for new, hey KC.

Yep I use it in my big twins ( engine only) and get it from sca, although I have had to order it a couple times.
Redline gearbox oil I just get off eBay to the door, usually get about 4 bottles at a time.
    Save on postage.

Hutchy. If the oil gets low, is the top of the bike white or clear.
