Sounds like more tuning required.  Could be cranking fuel table related.

I did 30 additional maps making adjustments to Cranking Fuel, Warmup Enrichment & IAC Warm-Up steps after I got the tune from Fred based on weather conditions for better all round starting - mine never coughed when cold, but didn't start ideally when hot at only a couple of temps in the tuning tables - exactly after you fill with fuel at the gas station (can be very hard to work through & time consuming if you are a perfectionist like me).  Heat gun & data logging with good records are the key in pin pointing - can be very time consuming, particularly if difficult to replicate/inconsistent.
