He's got some big balls, almost ran out of talent at around fifty seconds.

He turns left ok but his best right hand turns are from the middle of the lane. The worst ones are from the right hand side of the lane.

I noticed that too and reckon it’s self-preservation as he clearly knows and rides better lines for lefties. 

Agreed, it's so he can keep off the left side of the road, but in some right handers he's nowhere near the left.  Also, the way he hangs off the seat is pure theatre for the type of bike he's riding.  He almost loses it at 50 seconds because his weight is hanging off the right side of the bike and he's losing traction as a result.

Dunno, I reckon he's just doing it for the extra cornering clearance. I can't see him scraping anything during the run.  If you pause around 4 seconds you can get a look at his suspension set up. The front look maybe +2" tubes, but the back look like Progressive 412s, no longer than stock, maybe even slightly shorter. If he's not hanging off, he's not going to be running that road at that speed without at least scraping the primary case. +1" shocks would make a big difference, which is why my old local shop which is near beautiful mountain roads generally has bikes like this at it.

Yellow Wolf doing a great job running darkside. When amateur tyre engineers used to gather round my bike during my 60,000 kms on the darkside and tell me it wouldn't go round corners I would pull out the phone and show them one of his videos, and laugh at their mutterings. I found his 24 hour 1000 mile Iron Butt attempt along this stretch of road fascinating. He made the distance, but it wasn't accepted, the speed limit had been lowered shortly before, and he had a well documented record of 24 hours of law breaking. Gave up riding after a bad crash along there, front tyre slid out on sand and gravel washed across the road, back tyre drove straight through.
