That's in amazing condition and clearly still being ridden.  The design in those old bikes is a work of art.

It's a "Power Plus", Indian made them somewhere around 1920, I see this one has a swing arm rear suspension that uses a leaf spring, must've been a very comfortable ride for back in the day,
