First service and first bath is completed today, Spot 3 tracker installed. Tried my new air horn out today and scared the shit out of the stupid cage driver that tried to share my lane. Even the copper that was behind me complemented me on how loud it was whilst he was booking the dumb cunt that nearly killed me.

LB I’m green with envy at both your collection of bikes and the rides planned. I like that it’s diverse, as is mine, albeit only a trio. I think you have a stable full to over flowing?
Wanted to suggest you keep the Spot strapped to your jacket in case of a bad off and you need help. I don’t wish that upon you, but plan for the worst and hope for the best!

Keep the updates coming please ...

Cheers mate, I have the harness for the spot for when the going gets remote enough, it will go into the harness.

That's the beauty of LED's mate, even with everything at full power, I am using less amps than if I only had 2 x normal halogen bulbs on high beam

My 'other bike' is used for getting to motorbike rallies that have long dirt roads to get into them, whilst I can ride the Street Glide on a dirt road it's not easy having arthritis in my back and 2 inches of suspension travel on a rough dirt road.
So... a DL650 WeeStrom (with skid plate, protection bars, heated grips, aftermarket screen, rear carry box and 12 volt charging point).

Looks the goods to me. Fucken like one of them in the shed. But, am a Yamaha Tragic from way bay. Love Tenere"s, though next are the Suziki"s. As young lad, had a few bikes. Suzuki list was .
    TS185
    TS250
    TS400 Long Girl
    GS1000S Sally
    GSX1100 Ernie.
and I forgot a couple . But that was on Suzuki- which were a worthy motorcycle.

Now if it was a 1125 Buell it could definitely be in the "Non Harley"topic...

Back in 1984 I trekked into the same area on elephant for seven days and stayed with the Karen army. There were no checkpoints and few roads. I remember crossing a river. And staying in small villages that grew opium.

this was my first bike,it was where the importance of  understanding of how things worked & maintenance began I recon I knew every nut & bolt on that bike. I bought it running but needed clutch rebuild the previous owner was Racing it in the vintage racing class so was  not original. 2 years later this was my woks end result & kept it for another 30 odd yrs, what a beautiful thing to ride

So sweet.....love the atmosphere of the photograph too .....sorry I’m late to the party but it must be said.
